Prenatal-focused support is a good match for someone who:

  • Would like prenatal support but is not looking for labor and birth support

  • Feels confident about being in labor and delivery without a doula

  • At the birth, would rather have their main support person only

 Prenatal Support

  • Information and emotional support throughout the pregnancy 

  • Drafting of birth preferences plan specific to your desires (virtual visit)

  • In-person comfort measures meeting including:

    • how to use a TENS unit

    • how to use a Birth Sling 

    • how to incorporate Rebozo and Spinning Babies techniques into your prenatal routine

  • At least two additional scheduled virtual chats that may cover:​​

    • pushing positions and techniques

    • how to protect your perineum

    • advocacy for your birth preferences

    • how your support team can best support you during the birth

  • Check-ins throughout the pregnancy to see how you're doing

  • Guide with over 90 pages of perinatal information, resources, links, and videos for prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum.

  • Perinatal Syllabus with curated resources 

*All of my clients also receive a curated list of perinatal specialists for body work,  lactation, mental health specialists, and more. I will also try to help locate a specialist you need if they are not on my list.
