Expecting Parents Laughing
This session is 3-4 hours, in-person, and requires a support person to be present. It includes:

  • Comfort measures for labor and delivery, including physical, mental, and emotional ways to help you cope with contractions and pushing. We will cover how to use specific tools that may help ease labor, such as a TENS unit or a Birth Sling.

  • Body work that can potentially increase your baby's chances of being in a more ideal position for birth. When the baby is in a more ideal position, labors can be shorter, less painful, and have a higher chance of vaginal birth.
