Comfort Measures

In your two-hour session, we will comfort measure options for labor and delivery. We will go over physical, mental, and emotional ways to help you cope with contractions and pushing, and we will cover how to use specific tools that may help ease labor, such as a TENS unit or a Birth Sling.
