In your two-hour session, we will draft preference plans specific to your birth wishes. We can draft preferences for a planned vaginal or cesarean birth. For a planned vaginal birth, we will cover labor, birth, and immediate postpartum care for you and your baby. For a cesarean birth, we will cover birth and immediate postpartum care for you and the baby.
I will take you step by step with different options and scenarios, including medical interventions and unplanned scenarios. At the end of our session, you will have a thorough and thoughtful document you can review with your provider.
This service is also included in our Birth Doula Services. If you decide to book birth doula services, the price of the plan will be reduced.

In your two-hour session, we will cover medicated and unmedicated comfort measure options for labor and delivery. We will go over physical, mental, and emotional ways to help you cope with contractions and pushing. We will also cover how to use specific tools that may help ease labor, such as a TENS unit.
This service can be provided in-person or virtually.
This service is also included in our Birth Doula Services. If you decide to book birth doula services, the price of the plan will be reduced.
