Pregnancy Exercise
I offer my clients evidence-based support tailored to their desires. Whether you want a medicated or unmedicated birth, or if you simply want to keep your options open, I will support you in your goals. I am also affirming of all genders, sexualities, family structures, and belief systems. Everyone deserves to be supported in birth by people who respect and honor who they are.

 Prenatal Support

  • Information and emotional support throughout the pregnancy

  • Drafting of birth preferences plan specific to your desires (virtual visit)

  • Extensive, curated prenatal resources 

  • In-person meeting including:

    • comfort measures for labor and birth

    • how to use a TENS unit

    • how to use a Birth Sling 

    • how to incorporate Rebozo and Spinning Babies techniques into your prenatal routine

  • At least two additional scheduled virtual chats that may cover:

    • ​how you want to be supported

    • pushing positions and techniques

    • how to protect your perineum

    • advocacy for your birth preferences

    • how I may support your partner/other support person

  • Check-ins throughout the pregnancy to see how you're doing

  • Guide with over 90 pages of perinatal information, resources, links, and videos for prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum.

  • Perinatal Syllabus with curated resources 

Labor and Birth Support

  • Unlimited 24/7 communication once labor begins

  • If going to the hospital, guidance on when to leave

  • Emotional and physical support during labor and birth

  • Advocacy for your birth preferences

  • Collaboration with other support people

  • Use of a TENS unit (no extra charge)

  • Immediate lactation support after the baby is born (if desired)

Postpartum Support

  • One in-person (or virtual if you prefer) postpartum visit that may include:

    • sharing and reflecting on your birth experience

    • lactation support/referrals if desired

    • nonjudgemental, emotional support

    • baby care and postpartum comfort measures

    • ​postpartum depression awareness discussion

  • Extensive, curated postpartum resources 

  • Six weeks of postpartum support via texts and calls 

*All of my clients also receive a curated list of perinatal specialists for body work,  lactation, mental health specialists, and more. I will also try to help locate a specialist you need if they are not on my list.

$2500

(Extended service fees may apply on a sliding scale.)

$100 reduction for families who live in D.C. and plan to birth in D.C.
