 Prenatal Support

  • In-person meeting including:

    • comfort measures for labor and birth

    • how to use a TENS unit

    • how to use a Birth Sling 

    • how to incorporate Rebozo and Spinning Babies techniques into your prenatal routine

  • Two additional scheduled virtual chats that may cover:

    • ​how you want to be supported

    • how I may support your partner/other support person

    • pushing positions and techniques

    • how to protect your perineum

  • Check-ins throughout the pregnancy to see how you're doing

  • Guide with over 80 pages of perinatal information, resources, links, and videos for prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum.

  • Perinatal Syllabus with curated resources 

Labor and Birth Support

  • Unlimited 24/7 communication once labor begins

  • If going to the hospital, guidance on when to leave

  • Emotional and physical support during labor and birth

  • Advocacy for your birth preferences

  • Collaboration with other support people

  • Use of a TENS unit (no extra charge)

  • Immediate lactation support after the baby is born (if desired)

 

*I will also take pictures for you throughout your labor and birth if you desire at no additional cost.

Postpartum Support

  • Extensive, curated postpartum resources 

  • Six weeks of postpartum support via texts and calls 

  • One in-person or virtual postpartum visit that may include:

    • sharing and reflecting on your birth experience

    • lactation support if desired

    • nonjudgemental, emotional support

    • baby care and postpartum comfort measures

    • ​postpartum depression awareness discussion

(Extended service fees may apply on a sliding scale.)
